OUR MISSION

​

The mission of the Chicago House of Peace is to bring hope and create opportunities for those less fortunate, at-risk and/or in need of comprehensive psycho-social and economic resources.

Chicago House of Peace was founded by Minister Daniel Cohen for the purpose of serving ex-offenders by decreasing the recidivism rate upon re-entering into society; and, serving at-risk youth through mentoring and tutoring for the security and advancement of their education.

Chicago House of Peace assists individuals, families and communities from diverse ethnic, cultural, socio-economic backgrounds.

We are a non-profit organization that believe in the education and safety of our young people by mentoring and teaching values that will build character and leadership skills to change the mindset and behavior to manifest an engaged, fully functioning and positively contributing member of society.
